A Girl's Guide to Understanding Boys by Dannah Gresh and Suzy Weibel is part of the Secret Keeper Girl Series. Authors Dannah Gresh and Suzy Weibel have created this self-help Bible study book to help young girls with the questions they may have about boys and also give them an inside look into a faith-based topic.

The authors have skillfully and creatively written a self-help portion and a Biblical study portion of this book. Having two sections allows for readers to explore a well-rounded explanation to the answer they seek. The Self Help section: the first half of the book pertains to personal questions a young girl might have about boys. For example, a girl might ask the question: "Am I suppose to treat a boy like a brother or a potential date"? The answer provided is simple and easily understood. Be yourself; you wouldn't worry about how your blood brother views your appearance when playing kick ball or other sports, so treat boys as friends or brothers. There is no need to try and impress them all the time with an outward appearance. What's in your heart is what matters most. This section also provides a Biblical verse to explore the answer as well.

The authors have created a wonderful reference for young girls. The book contains explanatory Bible verses, stories, games, puzzles, and journal-like entries for a convenient, fun, and educational Bible study and answers to understanding boys. The book covers so many natural questions a young girl might have. This book is a great tool for parents, relatives, teachers, and friends to aid young girls in understanding boys and God's view on the subject.
