Nutritional Grail by Christopher James Clark is a book about how to gain a better diet from the food we eat. It talks about how our modern day food differs from how it was years ago and the changes it has had on society. When you consider all the additives and GMO chemicals used widely in modern products, it is drastically higher than it was. Although the government has tried to regulate some of these additives, a lot more still can be done. I was fascinated to learn that many clinical studies that have been carried out could have been correct for one person yet drastically wrong for another due to one's genetics. I was able to identify my own personal flaws through this delightful book which, to be fair, I knew I possessed, but did not realise the damage it may have had on my body. It not only contributes to heart disease, but also slower metabolism and a whole range of other problems. It certainly made me question my child's diet and the changes that I must make now to safeguard them in the future.

Nutritional Grail by Christopher James Clark is an informative book but the thing that sets this apart from other of the same genre is the quality of the information within its pages. I have read a great deal of health and diet books over the years but this title told me things that I never knew. It was also interesting to learn how the author became interested in this topic which was greatly influenced by his grandmother who died of heart disease after years of battling against it. I especially liked the story about Perceval and the Fisher King, which I found endearing. The author himself did state what would qualify him to write a book on this topic and I can see by personal events and education he is a master in my eyes. I found the detail and the research that went into this book second to none. The content was also explained to the reader in a fun way which was interesting and held plenty of key facts at the same time. By far, this is the best book of its genre that I have read in a long time and well worth reading.

Nutritional Grail: Ancestral Wisdom, Breakthrough Science, and the Dawning Nutritional Renaissance is a nutrition and health book written by Christopher James Clark. Clark has spent the last ten years studying health and nutrition, and this book reflects much of what he discovered in his studies. His quest actually began, however, when he was young and watched his grandmother's unsuccessful battle with heart disease. Doctors and hospitals seemed unable to do anything substantial to help her. Clark determined to find out more about the causes of disease and the effects nutrition can have on health. In Nutritional Grail, he presents his findings, backed with substantial references to allow those interested to pursue their own investigations.

Christopher James Clark's health and nutrition book, Nutritional Grail, is an awesome accomplishment. It's packed with information on so many different subjects relating to dietary health. If you've ever wondered how we ended up with high fructose corn syrup in almost everything, you'll learn all about it here. You'll also learn about sugar and why it's so important to get it out of your diet, and you'll find some pretty amazing facts about fats, particularly those maligned saturated fats. Clark doesn't expect you to take what he tells you on face value either. Each chapter ends with several pages of references. Nutritional Grail is not a diet book nor is it a prescription for the perfect diet. In this book, Clark gives his readers an impressive amount of information, from water purification, cookware, and the best oils for cooking and salads to the best protein and carbohydrate sources. It's all in there, and it's presented in an easy-to-read and entertaining format. Clark concludes Nutritional Grail with the challenge of finding your own nutritional grail, and with the tools and information found in his book, this reader feels well on his way.

Christopher James Clark tells readers some hard hitting facts about nutrition in his book Nutritional Grail: Ancestral Wisdom, Breakthrough Science, and the Dawning Nutritional Renaissance. The book speaks extensively about the flaws in nutrition in the twentieth century which is one of the main reasons for weight-related issues, many diseases and deaths worldwide. The book speaks of the problems arising from excessive sugar consumption, processed food, vegetable oils replacing animal fats and many more details on nutritional subjects. With a well researched theme, the book is an eye-opener to all of us with unhealthy diets.

The author has covered the topic extensively and expansively, making it easily understandable to readers. For readers who are looking out for books on nutrition and health, this book will make a perfect read. It is a good guide on how to lead a healthy life and live longer. It is a very honest book which I found useful because it addresses a lot of relevant issues faced by people today when it comes to health, diet, and food.

The recipes provided to eat healthily are simple and can be tried out for a healthy and delicious meal. The book, which focuses on health, nutrition, and healthy recipes for healthy cooking, works as a good guide for dietitians and nutritionists. The book takes us back to the days of ancestral wisdom when a healthy diet was beneficial to stay fit and healthy. Reading this will be a rewarding and life-changing experience to many readers.

Nutritional Grail by Christopher James Clark is a self-help book aimed at helping one make informed dietary decisions in the face of endless dietary advice and limitless food choices, many of which are not good for our health. The book answers the endless questions we face every day as we endeavour to eat better in a bid to gain longer and healthier lives. Using a back-to-the basics approach, Christopher James Clark, advises the use of an all-natural diet, eliminating all other foods that are not natural. However, he shows that eating healthily does not mean not enjoying your meals and shows that there are many meal choices we can have that are both healthy and delicious. The book also emphasises the importance of ongoing detoxification by developing a diet that supports our primary detoxification organs.

Nutritional Grail by Christopher James Clark is a very informative and practical book that methodically builds up the advice by taking a look at the forgotten nutritional practices of the past, showing how we have strayed from these practices and how, in this day and age, we can develop nutritional plans that will enable us to achieve our dietary goals. Through following the advice in this book, it is very easy to achieve better health while at the same times enjoying our meals. Nutritional Grail is an easy and delicious way to better health. The book does not just tell us which foods to eat for better health, but goes ahead to analyse these foods and tell us which nutrients are in them, and then tops it all with useful, easy, practical, and delicious recipes.

From the cover to the final page, Nutritional Grail by Christopher James Clark is one of the must-reads for those who are conscious of healthy living. Clark refers to today's diet era as the Dark Ages of Nutrition, and, to be honest, he is 100% right! Processed foods, large quantities of sugar, chemical dyes, and sugars used to flavor, sweeten, and color our foods...all of these have lead to a worse quality of health for our modern generations. Luckily, we can look to the future with optimism, because while we have lived through some unhealthy times, it seems that these ideas are changing. More and more people are going organic, natural, local, and chemical and dye free. The Renaissance of food and nutrition is within sight, and, by using tools like this book we will surely find a time of happiness and health as we change our eating habits to match.

Nutritional Grail accomplishes what few novels can do and no nutritional self-help books have done before: be funny, a bit self-deprecating, and overall, be very educational! I don't even know where to begin to tell you about how much I learned. There was detoxification, macro-nutrients, a general and bare-bones discussion about what fat is, and why we need to re-think our current perception of fat. Basically, all you need to have a vision about your health and future, as well as understand the foods that you are fueling your body with, is present in Christopher James Clark's light yet persistent diction.
