Book Review
All women should read this book. Let’s face it, we are all aging no matter how hard we fight it. "Let the Crow’s Feet & Laugh Lines Come!" By Dena Dyer encourages us to embrace aging and to rediscover beauty and self-worth at any age. We should accept ourselves and take care of us. Our gray hairs are our own and each one was earned and should be worn proudly. We get older and things change on us and in us. That is just part of life. We are not who we were twenty years ago. We have grown into women. Make time for yourself, take care of yourself and enjoy yourself. Just because we are growing older doesn't mean we have to give up on ourselves.
I love this book. The author has a valid point and states it in an intelligent manner. We live in a society that values youth. Yet youth is fleeting. I’m not sure I’m ready to go gray but I am ready to admit that as I grow older, I have become a wiser, more beautiful woman. I am not the woman I was 20 years ago, I like me better now.
