Author Biography Kane has followed the genre of fantastical creatures for as long as he could remember. Though a typical child and diligent student, his imagination never ceased to paint a surrealistic vision that could force many to question their own reality. Early on, Kane expressed his creativity by means of drawing, writing short stories ranging from science fiction to horror, as well as through poetry expressing love, hurt, and betrayal.
His fascination with the undead grew when he studied the history of the witch, werewolf, warlock, and sinking his teeth finally into the world of the vampire. 'Aleron' is the first of five novels detailing the lives and challenges of being immortal. Book Two of the Strigoi Series will be available soon!
He now resides in Atlanta, GA where he spends the majority of his time writing.
Book Review Aleron is a vampire book with a unique approach. The plot is well done. I really cared if Aleron triumphed. The conflict in this book is good versus evil while that is not unusual it was well done and kept me turning the pages. The part I found most unique was following Aleron from fledgling to a mature vampire. There were several aspects of the story that I had never heard of.
The supporting characters were also well done, as they all work together for a common goal, be it good or evil. I could see the action playing in my mind as I read. Blame Kane for my unmade bed and the dirty dishes in the sink. I read Aleron in one sitting. If this book wasn't written so well, I would have gotten my work done!
