Book Review
At some time or other during our life we ask the question “What is our purpose?” Why am I here?”   I do not have a problem answering either.   I exist to serve and worship the Lord. However,   Neil Killion shines a different light on the questions. In his book Life Cycles he takes what I would term a New Age approach. Killion looks at life as 12 years cycles. The world is made up of many natural cycles, the moon, tides, seasons, day and night. Could people live in cycles? The image of a train is used to help the reader visualize a cycle. “Your body is the train and it travels on the track of your life experiences. You repeat this journey with different faces, different dramas, but the shape of the track remains the same.” Examples are given of several famous people throughout history and the cycles in their life. A chart is provided to assist the reader in charting their own cycles. The last paragraph asks the question, “Who is the driver of the train?” I have no doubt who is in ultimate control. While I could not quite wrap my mind around the theory purported in this book I did find it entertaining.

I found this book well written and a joy to read. It is always interesting to read other views on the life and life cycles. This book did change my views and when I mapped out my life to date it is amazingly how it follows the patterns. A book well worth reading and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in understanding the patterns of life.

Neil Killion, a psychology degree holder, has had a career in a commercial environment. Visit him at [...] to learn more about his recent work. Life Cycles is a highly original book that is both entertaining and informative. It is based on the new theory of Cycles that govern a human life. According to the author, in every journey of 12 years we reincarnate and the 12-year-cycles repeat. As Neil explains, these cycles govern our life and affect the way we see the future. The author urges readers to have a try themselves by creating a life chart and mark the most important events in their life cycles. The book is written in a simple and easy way to read and it is quite gripping, since it excites the reader's curiosity to learn more about this new method of foreseeing the future. It is certainly a new way to read biographical material, and the examples the author displays about famous people's lives are quite interesting. The author quotes Aristotle and Alexander the Great thus adding more impact to his research. This book can be read as a new version of astrology, and it caters to everyone who is interested in analyzing his own bio and search for clues that will reveal his future. An entertaining read for those interested in this field! Get this book from [...] and www.amazon.com
