The Power of Being Articulate - Your Words Can Make You Healthy And Happy by Pete Geissler is a very motivating and inspiring book on how to improve your communication skills. The author speaks about the importance of being articulate to succeed in the current times, and how good communication skills play an important role in one's growth.

Personally, I found the book immensely motivating. At a time when communicating properly and using the right words have taken a back seat, this book comes as a refreshing change. It emphasizes how important it is to articulate properly. It is a pity that in a high tech world where slang and computer language predominates, the current generation is forgetting how to get their message across properly. The author stresses the importance of language skills, too. He reiterates the fact that to have a good job and be successful, we should put in an effort and improve how we articulate.

The book is based on evidence collected from various sources: anecdotal, empirical and statistical. This evidence also speaks about articulation and how an excellent speaker can be a success at their work place. According to the author, it can even overcome all your problems in relationships too. I would recommend this book to everyone because it is inspiring and it motivates you to improve yourself. It is a guide to success and happy living.
