Cheri Gillard addresses the dreaded budget.  None of us like the term but life is a lot easier if we have one.  A budget is an invaluable financial tool.  Gillard offers suggestions for making our money go farther.  She begins by addressing our pantry.  Water is healthier and cheaper than soft drinks.  Buying in bulk can save on food bills.  Plan your menus in advance and make a shopping list.
