The book shows that it is okay to mourn and that the only way we can move on after the death of people we care about is by allowing ourselves to feel the loss and say goodbye. The book shows, in detail, what to expect after suffering these losses and how best we can manage the pain and uncertainty. The book also gives helpful tips on how to help those that are mourning.
