This is the story of a journey. Melissa Sarazom shares how she overcame her depression and got her life back. She found resources and her strength to get her through it. She also had a very supporting husband.

While this is a good source for some people, her way is not everybody else's way. She does show that you have to have strength and the ability to get there. Sometimes it was hard to read. There is help for people going through depression if they would only reach out. Sometimes people only want help when they are going through a rough patch. Sometimes they don't want people around them and they won't even leave there room. When they are feeling better they think that it will all be okay until the next time. Not everyone will fight for help like this woman did.

I was encouraged by this book. I live with depression every day. My husband will not seek help. He closes himself off from everyone. I can only hope that someday he will, like the author, reach out to someone.
