One of people’s biggest fears is the unknown. That fear alone has kept many from making changes that would greatly improve their lives. In …And Why Not?, Sophie Burrus-Müller shares her story of stepping out of her comfort zone and changing her life’s direction. Since change is a constant in life, it is good to have guidelines for wise choices about our future. Sophie shares ideas on how to make our changes wisely and constructively. One important reminder is that you are the only expert on you, so tailor-make her suggestions to fit your personality and desires. Happiness is not based on your situations but on how you decide to deal with those situations. Living alone in a sea of people tends to be counterproductive. It is wise to listen to people and use tools and methods when deciding on what new direction to choose. This book provides inspiration and motivation to change your life for the better.

Sophie Burrus-Müller is not a professional counselor, but she shares her story of changing the course of her life with great skill and finesse. She understands that the universe is infinite, so your opportunities and ways of getting direction are limitless. Sophie shares wisdom on avoiding the paralysis caused by fear and how to move toward achievements in your life that will change you forever. One word of wisdom Sophie shares is to ask for help if you need it. This book is full of encouragement as Sophie presents wisdom in a homey manner. At the end of each chapter is space to record personal notes and reflections. …And Why Not? also contains paintings that resulted from Sophie changing her life’s direction to being a creative artist.
