Walter Fray and David Brice were involved in an unusual double homicide – so unique that to explain it would be a spoiler for anyone who reads this most intriguing novel. The FBI became involved immediately; Kyle Frazier and Norman Wiley were assigned to the case. Wiley was a new Special Agent and treated the witnesses to the crime in an arrogant and demeaning way. Frazier, an experienced and well-regarded agent, was not impressed by this young man. He did not hide his contempt for the naïve, undisciplined agent, and this angered Wiley greatly. However, there is more to Wiley than this arrogance; his past comes back to haunt him. In this crime mystery novel, Blank Sheet by Eric Dilworth, a riveting story unfolds.

This book is full of horrific scenes balanced by thoughtful, complex ones. The character of Kyle Frazier is especially interesting, as he spends his evenings reading about ancient cultures and other fascinating topics. How the author ties in his knowledge with present-day events is also compelling. Other characters in the novel, including Norman’s wife, other FBI personnel and the victims, are easy to imagine. The author writes in a fast-paced, flowing style making this an engaging read from the first page to the last. He adds many twists and turns, and it is hard to put the book down once started. Author Eric Dilworth has skillfully crafted a captivating murder mystery in Blank Sheet. For anyone who wants to immerse themselves in a book unlike any other you have read, try this one – you will not be disappointed!
