Blue Ridge is a crime thriller by Peter Malone Elliott. Christopher invited his twin brother to smooth things over and prevent him from going to the press. Christopher is running for governor, and he needs Cillian to keep quiet about the terrible secret they share. Unable to come to terms with the past, Cillian plans to kill Christopher during his visit. Christopher is under the control of a woman named the Godmother, and he gives a reporter friend of his a USB drive with information. They, however, needed concrete, indisputable evidence that ties directly back to the Godmother. Someone beats Cillian to kill Christopher, but Cillian is framed for his murder. Cillian is helped to clear his name by someone from Christopher's past. However, he is thrown into a dark and sinister conspiracy.

Blue Ridge is about twin brothers bound forever by their tragic past and their rivalry. The twin brothers were polar opposites of each other. Cillian was a tortured soul after losing his soul mate, but he was still always polite to others. Christopher was a narcissist who loved being the center of attention. Peter Malone Elliott created an intriguing plot that hooked me from the start. The story was fast-paced, and the suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. It was action-packed, and I could not stop turning the pages. I could not put it down, and with all the twists and turns, I never knew what to expect next. The characters were authentic and relatable. The story was excellently written and much more than I expected.
