Centaurius, Into The Fracas is the tale of a young woman thrust into an epic struggle for control of the universe, and her journey into becoming the catalyst for the upcoming interstellar war. The plot moves at a brisk pace with quite a few unexpected twists and turns that will keep readers on their toes. Nella is a likable protagonist, and you will find it easy to root for her. I enjoyed the book and am looking forward to reading the sequel. Recommended to space opera lovers.

McGarry builds suspense with each chapter, giving it the feel of a no-nonsense, fast-paced adventure tale. What stands out is how the author generates political intrigue, intricately woven into the story, making it a compelling read for all ages. Centaurius is a top-quality adventure well worth reading.

Centaurius is an epic ride from start to finish. In the opening scene, there is a mysterious acceleration between the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies, shortening the timeline to the collision of the two titans. What follows is a fast-paced galactic adventure with an engaging narrative, where the protagonists must defeat more than just a fleet of evil beings from the depths of hell. Time is their real enemy. My favorite aspects are S. J. McGarry's incredible creativity and the vividness of the characters and plot. I felt compelled to discover how Nella would prevail against the trials and tribulations of the Forbidden Magical Forest. But with Konan, an ancient and mystical warrior who stands at 7'3", as Nella's mentor and protector, I felt optimistic she would make it through safely. Centaurius is most suited to science fiction lovers and readers wanting to learn more scientific facts about our world and space exploration. It is a well-written story, and I eagerly anticipate a sequel.
