The first four chapters of the book investigate in great detail why people resist change, which comes with a few engaging personal experiences from the author and an explanation of how a human brain reacts to changes. These chapters effectively prepare the reader for the following discussions about actually making that change you already know you need to make. In short, how to be a changemaster not only for yourself but also for others. The book also contains chapters on making changes in sales and marketing, managing your money, your customer’s experience, personal and company productivity, and yourself. Finally, the author presents a worksheet called the 20 Steps to Execute a Successful Change.
