The ideas focus on managing all aspects of the business, employees, and customers appropriately. All the basics are covered. Author Sarah L. Bright gives examples based on her experiences and those of other professionals. She discusses success and failure, saving the reader time and research when making administrative decisions. Bright teaches readers how to establish a work rhythm in a friendly and respectful manner. She understands that no one can do your job for you, and she also helps you maintain and protect your salon's reputation.
