Conversations will save the world

The future belongs to the leaders who listen, who bring curiosity and the ability to shift perspectives.

Love this book and the way it keeps shifting our entry points to conversations like a kaleidoscope.
The structure is perfect for that moment in between when we reach out for a nudge to open our senses. And the fact that the book has been written by three authors gives an added level of credibility. They must have had plenty of interesting conversations to get their book baby into our world.

The combination of lightness and depth makes the book an easy read with long term impact for your engagement with others.

Great tools and techniques for leaders that are easy to apply !!!

I've finally found a leadership development book that was an "easy read", ie. it's not written with heavy language so it's really accessible to all! It's full of little gems and insights to support the leaders of today and tomorrow becoming the best versions of themselves. The book is a great foundation and opportunity to open people's eyes a little to daring to do things slightly differently :-)

Essential reading - practical approaches to develop trust, connection and collaboration.

The powerful tools and ideas in the book provide practical approaches for leaders that are essential for building relationships, solving problems, influencing peers and creating an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

The conversation secrets are very much secrets in plain sight, they are not new and have been the subject of many books and training courses. However, the strength of this book is that the insights and approaches are bought together in one place and explained with a clarity and conciseness that really brings to life their power and how to apply them.

In a world where we are all so busy, under so much pressure and often focused only on what we want to achieve - being reminded that we have the power to create positive outcomes and energy from every conversation, not just for ourselves but for those we work with and for our organisations, is refreshing.
