Author Biography

Diane began her career in the UK as a singer/songwriter on BBC TV. Then, after 15 years of traveling the world as an entertainer, the dreaded Chronic Fatigue Syndrome destroyed her career. She struggled for almost eight years, years of wading through half a life, finally regaining her health with the help of a homeopathic remedy. This launched Diane into new studies and a second career as homeopath and nutritionist. She practicied using a combination of nutrients, herbs, homeopathic remedies, and diet and lifestyle recommendations.

Now focused on writing, Diane lives in beautiful New Hampshire with her husband, Mark. Sometimes called a "Renaissance Woman," she writes, edits, researches, designs and builds gardens, always seeking more knowledge, more understanding, and more creative flow.

Diane Solomon has seven books published by Eloquent Rascals Publishing in the genres of middle grade, non-fiction health books, and women's fiction:

Non-fiction: "Healing Therapies that Work: The Natural Treatment of Allergies," "Healing Therapies that Work: The Natural Treatment of Ear infections," and "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: A Guide to the Homeopathic Treatment of CFS/ME." This book reached #1 in Amazon's homeopathic section.

Middle grade: The “Ravenstone” series was written with her husband Mark Carey. The first is "The Ravenstone: The Secret of Ninham Mountain," and the sequel is entitled "The Twain."

Women's fiction/romantic suspense: "88 Guys for Coffee" is a humorous women's novel about online dating.

Eva by Diane Solomon sets the stage for an intriguing journey of self-discovery and uncovering hidden family secrets. The narrative opens with Eva, a young woman who stumbles upon a long-lost letter from her late Aunt Sophie, revealing her father's existence, William Hastings III. This unexpected revelation sparks a series of emotions and questions, prompting Eva to seek out her father and uncover the truth about her family's past. Set in Pine Hill, near Stonington, Connecticut, Eva navigates through her emotions and the complexities of her newfound identity while also receiving support from her best friend, Jamie. As the story progresses, readers are drawn into a world of potential romance between Eva and Dr. Michael Lowery, the compassionate veterinarian. But the question is, can Eva live with her new identity without compromising her safety?

Throughout Eva, the characters are vividly portrayed, and supernatural elements are skillfully woven into the plot, providing an additional layer of intrigue.
