Rebecca speaks to gender issues in a way that neither threatens men nor compromises women’s femininity, but seeks to build partnership.

Her books are filled with stories, insight, and sprinkled with humor, and have been rated 5-stars by Publisher’s Weekly, Reader's Favorite, Missouri Life Magazine, and others.

Rebecca donates 25% of her royalties to a Christian maternity home that cares for homeless pregnant girls who choose life for their baby.

The lessons Rebecca has learned and teaches bring gender synergy to our workplaces and our lives. They need to be spread.

Face Difficult Conversations with God on Your Side is written by Rebecca Finley. Many Christian women suffer an internal conflict between living according to God's will and having their personal needs met. Throughout this guide, you will discover that you can have both without losing your spiritual values. God made men and women differently for an important reason. Women are by nature caregivers and in society being an assertive woman can be seen as bossy. So how can you resolve those areas of conflict or situations that are making you unhappy without losing your spiritual values or feminity? Using personal stories as well as biblical teachings, you will learn how to prepare yourself fully for that awkward conversation, ensure you keep control over the situation so you achieve your aim, and build confidence in your ability to achieve goals and overcome challenges. 'Remember, whatever happens to you in life is either a victory or a lesson to be learned. Sometimes it’s both.'

The author not only has life experience in conflict resolution but also in helping other women build their confidence, so they can effectively deal with conflict in a Christian manner. I loved the biblical references and learning how Jesus recognized that women deserved to be treated with dignity and, through his teachings, changed the way society regarded women. The personal stories were varied and very helpful. I have experienced many of the situations myself, in particular Martha's, where her sense of worth in the workplace was gradually diminished. I also thought the NOFEAR and USA acronyms were very insightful and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Face Difficult Conversations with God on Your Side by Rebecca Finley doesn't just tell you how to become more confident and have those awkward conversations, it actually gives you conversation templates to use, such as the 'I'd prefer' technique. You will have an extensive toolkit by the end of this guide, from learning how to control the conversation, to having a clear objective and portraying confidence with your body language. However, this book is not simply about becoming more assertive, but also how to let go of the fear that can stop you from living an authentic happy life. “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)
