The little girl loves to go to her grandmother's flower shop after school to play and help there in the story Fancy Flowers by Faye by Mark M. Dean. She snips off the bottom of one sunflower and it reminds her of the sun, bright and yellow. She then puts the sweet-smelling white, red, and pink roses in a little vase by the sink. Grandma Faye keeps some chrysanthemums at her house and the little girl enjoys standing in front of the wildly growing ferns and pretends as if they are her hair. She loves putting baby's breath by the window and she loves the way lamb's ears feel. There are a lot more other flowers in her grandma's shop and she loves all of them.

Fancy Flowers by Faye by Mark M. Dean is delightful and is the best way to introduce young readers to different types of flowers. Emi Olin's illustrations are adorable and they add color and fragrance to the book. The story will encourage readers to explore their own backyards, parks, and other spaces and discover the various types of flowers, plants, and trees that lend beauty to their surroundings. It is a good book for parents and tutors to introduce children to the fascinating world of flowers, their charm, and the joy they bring to everyone with their grace and style. Whether it is roses, daisies, lavender, chrysanthemums, sunflowers, baby's breath, lamb's ears, or even wild ferns, plants and flowers bring happiness and joy to everyone.
