Fireship Nascence is an extremely beautiful craft and was born in the best shipyard in the world. Ship designers are in awe of her beauty and scientists are enamored by her speed and technology. She has been deployed by Genesis to fight enemies. Jeff and Kyle are two Americans whose choices will affect the lives of millions of people in two continents. They will also invite the wrath of the navies of the world. Fireship Nascence is a travelling nuclear storm and she is going to be an event by herself.

The story by James M. Robinson has many twists, turns, and sub plots that the author has woven with expertise into the main plot. The theme of patriotism and war makes it adventurous and fast paced. The author's passion for writing and story telling is evident in the way the story is developed. Creativity and imagination have paved the way for an action packed story which will keep readers on edge. I could not put the book down. The ocean, the war ships, the action, and the intrigue keep one engrossed in the story.

The war theme and patriotism make it an interesting read. If you are looking for a lighthearted story, then this is not for you. Being a war story, there is an element of intrigue and suspense. The characters of Jeff and Kyle are memorable. Jeff's older brother, Daniel, and his friend, Captain John Russel, also play a pivotal role in the story.
