Garden Sanctuary: Designing for Comfort, Wholeness and Connection by John Robert Beaudry gives readers an opportunity to discover the myriad benefits nature has to offer and will encourage them to preserve all of nature, including humanity. The book will help readers discover that they are all part of nature, and this discovery will give them a sense of comfort, wholeness, and connection that is so needed. Life is hectic nowadays and readers often have a feeling of being disconnected from nature, and that can actually make them experience a sense of aloneness, depression, and being separated. This book is a good tool to help readers create a garden that is in harmony with their environment, how to choose the right plant for the right space, and many other factors that will help them bring joy, peace, and harmony outside their door, which only a garden can give.

For readers who want to create their own personal sanctuary, this book will guide them properly and make them realize how nature will calm them down and balance their hormones so that they see an improvement in their mental performance. The book captures the peace and serenity of nature beautifully and encourages readers to develop a relationship with nature so that they have a sense of belonging. The step-by-step journey will help readers easily transform the space where the rhythm of nature will be in tandem with the spirit of life. The book also explains the seven principles of Arts and Crafts Style, the eight principles of Landscape Design, and gives tips for the five elements of landscape design. The techniques are all good style-makers and they enable readers to evoke comfort, wholeness, and connection. The photographs and the author's words are an inspiration for readers to unify their homes and gardens. What makes the book helpful is the way the author has approached the topic; extensively, methodically, and in detail.
