Goodbye Wrinkles: 21 Ways To Be 21 Again by Emma Rose Yulo held nothing new for me. Having said that, I must also add that if you have never studied the power of positive thinking, or researched how natural products can be equally as beneficial as many high-end, expensive beauty products, then this publication is a must-read for you. Emma Rose Yulo covers many aspects of self-improvement within these pages and is an encouraging writer. Forget Botox and invasive techniques to maintain your looks. Many professionals are getting rich by suggesting they have the secret elixir to a long and beautiful life. They do not. These methods are short-lived. They can even be detrimental to your looks and well-being. Perseverance is the key to success, because nothing good is attained by just reading about how to do it. When you have access to such topics as ‘Hydrate to beat your age’ and ‘Don’t hate, just meditate,’ and many more interesting chapters, you could have a few nuggets that might help you in your quest to stay young and beautiful.

I have read many books over the years from herbal remedies, natural remedies, invasive techniques and more. I took what I needed from each book and applied what I could to enable me to take care of my own mind and body. Reading Emma Rose’s Goodbye Wrinkles: 21 Ways To Be 21 Again, I feel she has created a wonderful compilation of many of the books I have read, and encourages us to try her techniques to maintain a youthful appearance – and attitude. A very informative, vibrant book from what I feel is a very informed and vibrant lady. Thank you, Emma Rose. I recommend this little gem to all.
