By showing us how to maximize the benefit we can gain from positive thinking, he encourages us to develop a sense of long-lasting self-awareness and self-love. As well as instilling in us the desire to develop the habit of abundant thinking, Samuel also motivates us to keep a gratitude journal daily. Exploring the psychological effect of our physiological makeup, Samuel stresses the importance of maintaining the well-being of the gut-brain axis at optimal levels, as gut health is directly linked to mindset.
