Rough sex, strip dancing, terrifying orgies, drugs, torture, and submission is the only life Danika Wheeler, alias Jezebel, has known ever since they took her and her little sister away. Nine years now under her pervert captors, Danika knows enough about their evil organization and secret operations. They have separated her from her sister and she wants to save her and, perhaps, take the organization down if she can. As she carefully lays out her plan, Danika finds herself obliged to trust Mick her handler, who claims to want to help her. However, it turns out Mick is the brother of the head of the organization and also the next in line to the top seat. Can Mick be trusted? What will happen to Danika? Find out more in Yvonne DeBandi’s Jezebel.
Lovers of psychological thrillers with a touch of crime will find it hard to take their eyes off the pages of Yvonne DeBandi’s Jezebel. DeBandi anchors the storyline in a compelling tale of trust, vengeance, evil, rituals, telekinesis, deception, and survival, among others. With vivid imagination and depictions, the author explored the depths of human evil. This coupled with a knack for bringing out the characters’ emotions, some of the scenes left me heartbroken. The thought that the experiences in the story may be real for some people brought me to tears. The cast is well-developed. Danika is a fierce, strong-willed, ambitious girl with a big heart.
