Knocked Down But Not Knocked Out is a book about how to handle adversity and trials. Omosigho gives plenty of scripture to back up his advice. It's a book all of us need to read and glean from. Yes, there are things you've already heard; but sometimes we need reminding, especially when we are hit from every angle with temptations, trials, and every other arrow the devil can throw at us. We need to be reminded of how God will help us through all this trouble. His Word does say He will fight our battles for us, but we need to know what to do while we're waiting on God to show up. We need to put on the armor...the helmet of salvation, the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, and the shield of faith. Also we must stay full of the Word and seek Him with all our heart. Spending time in His Presence daily will cause us to know Him more and to trust Him.

As scripture tells us, when we've done all we can, then we are to stand. I really like the way Omosigho explains things; it's as though he's sitting there talking to you in person. This was a good book and I recommend it to every Christian. There are a lot of typos in the book, but hopefully you can overlook those easier than I did.
