Leaderology by Oleg Konovalov is an innovative way of looking at how to lead a company. Oleg Konovalov discusses how culture works and how a leader should use it to the company's advantage. They discuss how the leader should not only worry about how to interact with customers but also with their employees. The author uses some companies as an example to show what worked for them and what did not. Oleg Konovalov also discusses how other countries deal with leadership. Oleg Konovalov gives a conclusion at the end of each chapter as well as useful tips and cute graphics. At the end, there is a special sneak preview of an upcoming book that you can sample.

Leaderology by Oleg Konovalov is a very informative book. I loved how he gave tips at the end of each chapter and the conclusion; sometimes it is easier to remember when seeing something twice. I thought the idea of a company being like a human was an intriguing way of looking at it, even showing how it can have diseases but showing how to cure that disease. I liked how Oleg Konovalov used companies to explain how things worked and did not work. I had wondered about some of those companies, so I thought that was pretty cool. The author gives definitions of the terminology, and this book was easy to understand, unlike some business books. I found the discussion of how other countries do business was fascinating and some of it was shocking. This is a definite must-read if you are a leader of a company, or aspire to become one.

Leaderology by Oleg Konovalov is a book on business management and how good leadership not only improve business but opens new avenues for business owners. This complete and concise book explores what great leadership can do for business. Oleg shares the idea that if leadership is not strong enough, the company and the employees will not be able to grow and expand as envisioned. The face of business has changed, thanks to the inclusion of social media and its wide use. Managing the business and the workload of employees is a constant challenge for business owners. This book shares an ingenious approach to leadership that will not only help companies grow but also help them in crisis management, evolving business, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. The book also talks about finding problems in time and then solving them in the best way possible before they start affecting the business.

Leaderology by Oleg Konovalov offers sound advice to readers who are either business owners or are trying to start their business. I think start-ups and small businesses will benefit from it the most because this is when they need to strengthen their business model and structure for the future. Leadership is such an important aspect of any business, yet it is treated as an afterthought. Sometimes leaders need to be created and that requires knowledge and hard work. This is what the author is doing in his book. He has given readers tools to improve, enhance and grow the business. The guidance he provides is not just simple ideas; he has shared expert opinions and case studies to prove the authenticity and practicality of his advice. What I enjoyed the most about this book is that he wrote this book while keeping present business needs in mind. This is definitely an invaluable book that offers complete advice to leaders of the future.

Leaderology by Oleg Konovalov is a non-fiction self-help business book aimed toward those either in leadership roles or those who aspire to roles as a leader in a time of dynamic growth and change in business worldwide. Broken down into four parts, Konovalov's guide covers the intricacies of Organization, Corporate Culture, and Leadership, all of which culminate in the final part, Leaderology. Within each part are succinct chapters that offer direct advice with little frivolity, accompanied by minimalist art, bullet points, case studies, charts, and diagrams, making this timely and straightforward book an easily engrossing read.

Oleg Konovalov immediately dives in with Leaderology, addressing the largest issues a business in the modern, digital age may have while still adhering to some of the more sound adages of good old-fashioned customer service. I particularly enjoyed the section on Organizational Archetypes, which points out the problems companies face when they try to branch out in too many directions—a chapter I read with a sense of irony as I stood in a Royal Mail line within a once family-owned grocery store (now in foreclosure), breathing in acetone fumes from the section they'd rented to a nail salon (which ultimately drove off their customers). The same can be applied to individuals within the company and is addressed in a section about Overlapping Roles. I think this is where Konovalov sounds the most like an authority, in the way themes thread through one another in order to paint a full picture of success. Whether you lead a global business or a local newsagent, and regardless of your leadership role within that organization, this is a book that should be required reading.
