Throughout his career, Hunt has worked on a variety of T.V. series, short films, documentaries, and feature films. He has also written the multi-award-winning novel "Solar Reboot" which has been widely praised for its engaging characters, innovative world-building, and thought-provoking exploration of the human condition in a post-apocalyptic future.
In addition to his creative work, Hunt is also a dedicated teacher and mentor, having taught and lectured on writing and film at several conventions around the United States, including the honor of being a judge and lecturer for the Ms. Wheelchair USA competition for the past several years. His passion for storytelling and commitment to excellence continue to inspire others in the creative community.

Life Therein: A Moment at a Time by Matthew D. Hunt is a poetry collection that will bring inspiration and joy to any reader who appreciates the little things in life. It comprises around sixty poems and is divided into sections that describe situations and feelings related to children, motivation, humanity, pain, and nature. The most original part is the one devoted to our furry friends - cats. I have not found anything like this in any other poetry book. Are you ready to take this journey with a talented poet?
Some books are so wonderful that they allow us to forget our daily problems, even if they deal with familiar things we may experience ourselves. This is the case with Life Therein. Matthew D. Hunt talks about issues that we all know well and does so in such a clear and inspired way that every reader will feel the need to pause and reflect on what they have just read. I think all parents will be fascinated by the section on children. The poem dedicated to coming out is absolutely delightful. I am sure that anyone who loves animals as I do will adore the section on cats. These are just two sections of the book, but all of them are equally enjoyable to read. I recommend this collection to anyone who loves poetry because I believe it will uplift them.
