Chris Janssen, MA, BCC, is a passionate and inspiring speaker, and a board-certified coach with a master’s in counseling psychology, whose unique style has energized hundreds of clients to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

A California native, Chris lives with her husband since 1995, Scott. They currently split time between Los Angeles and Castle Pines, Colorado, where they love to ski, golf, be with their horses, and adventure outside. Together they raised three children, now thriving young adults.

Chris excels in working with high performers, understands the character traits of driven achievers, and helps people thrive doing what they love. Living All In by Chris Janssen is a self-help book aimed at helping people control unhelpful emotions and live the life they envision. It's about taking charge of your feelings and taking responsibility for them, knowing that only you choose how internal and external factors and people affect you. Essential methods shared by Janssen include reframing unhelpful stories, moving on from the past to create your desired future, separating thoughts from reality, and setting SMART goals by aligning the 'why' with what before developing the strategy. This easy-to-read and uplifting content includes exercises and questions at the end of each chapter that allow you to reflect and apply the learnings. Living All In is a book that can help people of all ages live their best lives.

Living All In by Chris Janssen is an insightful, inspirational, and resourceful book that will empower you with the tools to get through challenging and traumatic experiences as an enlightened and renewed human being. The book is well-written and easy to read, making it enjoyable, allowing one to focus on the helpful techniques Janssen provides. I particularly enjoyed the dialogue from real-life coaching sessions that Janssen had with clients because it made the issues and coping strategies relatable and placed it all into perspective. Janssen's positive, motivational, and light-hearted tone throughout made this a relaxing read. The content is well-structured and focused, which allowed me to remember critical insights from the book and thus apply them. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and putting these methods into practice.
