With the rising cost of living in the modern world, financial literacy has become paramount for everyone. Introducing it to girls at a young age prepares them to be financially independent and helps them pursue a life of success and fulfillment. Money Confident Girls is a comprehensive handbook on money management that parents can use to reinforce understanding the value of money in girls at a young age. Drawing upon her years of experience in wealth management working for firms such as J.P. Morgan and Principle Wealth Partners, Julina Ogilvie offers readers keen insights and advice to teach young girls the fundamentals of finance, including earnings, spending, savings, and investment. This book will teach you about negotiating wages, navigating debt, savings, compound interest, taking financial precautions, developing positive habits, adhering to a budget, stock ownership, managing an allowance, and much more.

Money Confident Girls is a thorough guide to finding financial freedom. Julina Ogilvie offers parents an applicable framework to teach girls the basics of money management to help them prepare for a life with financial security and freedom. In this book, Ogilvie emphasizes the importance of women in STEM fields and provides practical tips to help young women learn how to develop and grow their financial acumen. The author recounts anecdotes from her own life and those of other successful women to ensure readers can easily understand and grasp the topic. This is one of the most well-researched and informative books on money management I've read this year. I highly recommend parents introduce it to their children.
