Motivational and Inspirational Thoughts for All People by Sully Grand-Jean can be termed as a source of positive thoughts in many aspects of life that will make readers think more than usual about life and understand better the people surrounding them. The book will motivate and inspire people to change their specific situation, and offers material as reference for guidance and citation for students and researchers. The author also brings in topics of each recognized science or field in the world and his offering helps to contribute to the advancement of sciences. The techniques and advice in the book make it a powerful instrument and it can be successfully adapted to our own situations in life.

The book is insightful and thought-provoking and covers topics like social psychology, philosophy, education, politics, law/economics, history, humanitarianism, literature, life, leadership/business administration, life etc. Every chapter has an essay explaining and introducing readers to the topic, and helps to find answers to many of our unanswered questions. What I liked about the book is that we can explore humanism, poetry, life, spirituality, philosophy etc. and the author’s levels of ambition provoke, challenge, and convince readers to look at life with a different perspective.

The author’s experience is evident in the way the subject matter has been handled. The approach is simple and direct, which makes it easy to connect with what he is trying to convey. The topics flow smoothly and they follow the philosophical chain that leads to change in an orderly manner. Many topics in the book can be used for reference. This book is definitely a challenging read and worth having in one’s personal collection.
