Defense Attorney Jeff McMillan arranged an interview with Kenny for a possible job offer. On his way to Jeff, Kenny stops at a coffee shop to grab lunch. He witnesses two girls being kidnapped and rushes outside to help them. An NYPD officer is killed and Kenny is attacked with a lead pipe from behind. At the Flushing Hospital Detective, Brenda Farrell wants more details about the kidnapping from Kenny. Kenny could describe all the men except the driver who never got out of the van. Judge Weaver’s granddaughter is one of the kidnapped girls...

No Escape took me on a rollercoaster drive into the criminal world. The plot is complex and exciting - the different stories intertwine with the main story to form this gripping page-turner. Donald Steven Collins ensured enough action to get your attention. I was kept captivated until the end. The story is fast-paced, but never felt rushed. I was intrigued from the beginning and the suspense kept me on edge. It was a nail-biting experience for me with all the twists and I could not turn the pages fast enough. The characters were well-developed and robust. They were authentic and I could relate to them. The story is exceptionally well written and executed. I felt as if I was right in the middle of the action. This is an excellent crime story.
