Author Biography

Regina is a first time author of “On The Go Devotional Journal”. It is a devotional/journal where you meditate on a scripture provided, answer a thought provoking question and journal your thoughts. The journal even has an area to insert your gratitude for the day, set goals for the next day and write your prayer requests down. This by far is your daily journal with just you and God to start your day. The book name derived from my outgoing personality. To know me is to know I am always on the go! I am busy as a wife, mother, entrepreneur, caregiver to my mother , leader in my church and host of other responsibilities. For my relaxation I can be found soaking my feet in the white sands of any beach possible.
What inspired me to write this devotional its simple being obedient to God!

Readers can select the amount of engagement and timeframe for the daily activities at their leisure. The layout is easy to navigate.

Regina Shepard Williams is well versed in names for the Lord and incorporates these within several of the daily journaling prompts. Readers will not only find these throughout Williams' writing but also their given definitions. It is a nice addition and adds support for readers to be reminded of the many attributes of God. The six areas of reflection give readers great topics which pair well with spiritual maturity and growth.
