The Pillars of Success is written by Jack Canfield, Nick Nanton, Dr. Allen Lycka, and Harriet Tinka. Achieving success in life is what the majority of people aspire to. So if this is their goal, why do so many people fail? The secret to success requires some fundamental habits, behaviors, and principles. These principles or pillars will make the difference between reaching your goals or not. Throughout this guide, some of the finest entrepreneurs will share their knowledge and how they overcame the many obstacles they faced along the way. Discover how to apply systems that work for you long-term, how to work smart not hard, how to set goals effectively, and how to view setbacks like an entrepreneur. You will also learn to understand why sometimes what presents itself as a disaster is really an opportunity. Knowledge is power and by using the wealth of knowledge in this guide, you will propel yourself toward your goals quickly and effectively. It is time to let go of fear and dream big with inspired action.

Although there are numerous self-improvement books out there, The Pillars of Success is one of the best I have come across. There are powerful and helpful techniques in every chapter that will increase your chances of success without a doubt. My favorite sections were the SMART goal setting method, being alert to opportunities, and looking at obstacles with a perspective that will push you forward not hold you back. These techniques are so easy to follow but they teach you to get the foundations of your attitude and mindset correct first. I have finally discovered the difference between successful visualization and simply daydreaming. The Shiny Object Syndrome and Systems Thinking method was incredibly inspiring. Finally, the section on Disciplines For Success was really compelling; no-one could fail to take action toward their goal after reading this. The stories that these incredible mentors share are worth their weight in gold and will save you so much time on your own experimental methods.

Pillars of Success is a work of non-fiction focused on the realm of goal attainment and success in business and was penned by a variety of authors including Jack Canfield, Nick Nanton, Dr. Allen Lycka, and Harriet Tinka, to name but a few. The plethora of names in this book has created a collection of fascinating essays and perspectives, which offers a journey of mentorship from those who have already made all of the mistakes and discovered the true path of what it takes to succeed. Whatever your line of business and entrepreneurship, this book covers what it takes to get to a stage of good wealth and success, and not suffer too much along the way.

The authors of this work deliver a wonderful collection that comes from a variety of voices and viewpoints, and I’m confident that no matter what walk of life you come from, there will be a voice that resonates with you from within its pages. Nicole Scheffler’s frank discussion of succeeding as a woman in the tech industry was an eye-opening reading experience, and Diana Cole’s powerful image of positive thought was also a particular highlight. From cover to cover, the work is edited and presented to a high standard, yet it never fails to deliver the authentic voice and tone of each author, which makes reading it varied and exciting. Overall, I would highly recommend Pillars of Success as an inspiring work for anyone who wants to dream big, but also achieve big in life.

Pillars of Success is a collection of nineteen articles by Jack Canfield, Harriet Tinka, Dr. Allen Lycka and other business professionals from around the world. The articles discuss business and personal success and entrepreneurship. A brief biography of each author is included with additional links. The articles address topics such as defining and visualizing what success means to you, setting goals, gender parity and diversity in the workplace, using negatives and failures to move forward, product development, how to believe in yourself and act on your dreams, developing systemic solutions, the power of self talk, exploring and living your best life, overcoming challenges, developing a personality-based style of communication, developing your skillset, training for success, the importance of gratitude and humor, and personal transformation.

I enjoyed reading Pillars of Success. Each author has a unique view about the business world, entrepreneurship, and how to become the successful person you want to be. The articles varied from instructive to inspirational, from specific to broad, and from practical to visionary. It’s not surprising to hear about success stories, but I was surprised to find one that featured a great deal of business failure before the author found a way forward. And while we often hear about people who overcame serious challenges in heroic ways, several of the stories reminded me how heroic it can be to look at life and challenge what we think about it, what we want from it, and who we truly are. A useful and inspiring collection for any business professional or entrepreneur.

The Pillars of Success by Jack Canfield, Nick Nanton, Dr. Allen Lycka, and Harriet Tinka is a useful guide that discusses success strategies by authors from different backgrounds. Through a step by step process, Jack Canfield, CEO of the Canfield Training Group, explains the foundational habits that are critical to attaining success. Nicole Scheffler, who has an extensive business and technology background, expounds on women’s vital contribution to productivity and innovation. She explains four steps for success in technology: Taking responsibility and embracing feedback, setting goals and taking action, visualizing the achievements desired, and finding your community and giving back. Speaker and business coach Dr. Saidmurod Davlatov discusses success as a gradual process that consists of different components that have to be developed concurrently.

The Pillars of Success offers innovative, practical ideas from experienced business leaders and coaches. I loved that the ideas they put forward have been tried and tested. Their backgrounds and stories are also inspiring such as that of Harriet Tinka, a former New York fashion model who survived a harrowing kidnapping experience and the process of having to learn to walk again, or John Calub, who grew up in extreme poverty in the Philippines to become a leading sales consultant. The discussions contained are also organized in formats and processes that are easy to follow and recall. In training for entrepreneurial success, coach and author Kumar Manu identifies six fundamental disciplines of success that he further explains. The Pillars of Success by Jack Canfield, Nick Nanton, Dr. Allen Lycka, and Harriet Tinka is an eye-opening, informative work that offers accessible steps to achieving success.

It's easy to see that is becoming more and more difficult to achieve success in the world around us. We have access to more tools and knowledge than ever before, but so does our competition. Luckily, there are those who have achieved success before us in their varying fields, and they're more than happy to share their tips, ideas, and methods for us to do the same. This is exactly what you'll find inside Pillars of Success by Jack Canfield, Nick Nanton, Dr. Allen Lycka, and Harriet Tinka. It's a collection of anecdotes and ideologies from leading professionals on how you, the reader, can, as the tagline says, "Live a Happier, Healthier and Wealthier Life."

I have to admit it is hard to find a flaw in Pillars of Success. It's a beautifully curated collection where each chapter is written by a different leading professional imparting their wisdom to others who are eager to better themselves. These chapters are short, but they're concise and get right to the point, making it perfect for the busy businessman or woman who has a few minutes to spare here and there. It's formatted to be easy to understand and find specific topics, and many of the chapters use numbered steps or bullet points to make it even easier still to digest. I feel many people could benefit from the lessons inside these pages, not just those in Fortune 500 companies or large corporations. Even smaller entrepreneurs could find a pearl of advice that helps them break through whatever barrier is holding them back at the moment. This is an easy 5-star review and I hope we see more from these authors in the future.
