Robert E. Kearns brings us the most creative stories and wonderful poems in Poems & Short Stories Vol.1. On the one hand, he has stories that are short, but concise, with different content in completely varied situations but always maintaining the intrigue and handling a very particular sense of humor. They are written with a rhythm that arouses curiosity, that involves us, and in which we do not know what will happen next. On the other hand, the book has poems that also have a unique factor, whether they speak to us about ordinary things like some object or the air, or they speak to us about deep aspects in everyday situations and personal relationships.

Robert E. Kearns offers a lot of himself, which is why his writings throughout the book vary in a good way. Poems & Short Stories Vol.1 offers all kinds of entertainment, so it was a lot of fun to read. Humor, irony, reflection... everything is included in a few pages. In some parts, you can empathize with the messages it gives, because in the poems we find details that we can relate to in our daily lives, with things that we want to say and do not dare, or ideas that we have thought. We can start with a poem or a story and we will always end up feeling satisfied with what we have read and learned. Robert E. Kearns handles irony and allegories very well in his words; his work is magnificent.
