Realm Walker is a work of fiction in the fantasy, mythology, and adventure subgenres, and is the second novel in the Wrath of Olympus series aimed at young adult readers. Penned by author Brian Tripp, this complex tapestry of mythology, destiny, and personal struggle is set three years after the Tower of Fate is claimed. Ashe, the new Weaver of Fate, faces the relentless meddling of Zeus and discovers an ancient prophecy that challenges everything she thought she knew. Levy, in the service of the Olympians, is surprised by a chance encounter that makes him question his destiny. Meanwhile, Quinn and Talius strive to bring life back to the Wastes while battling the Primordial's voice within Quinn's mind. The interplay of ancient prophecy and entwined destinies unfolds against a backdrop of political intrigue and personal growth.

Author Brian Tripp uses his vivid imagination and creativity to craft an immersive experience into a world where mythology comes to life, and its cast of young characters grapples with the immeasurable weight of destiny. Tripp is adept at navigating multiple perspectives, providing a rich and multifaceted view of the unfolding events with close narration that gives us access to the innermost emotions and turmoil of the cast. I felt a deep personal investment in Levy especially, such was the anguish in his dialogue and action scenes. The narrative is packed with twists, turns, and revelations, making it a captivating journey into a realm where the fate of mortals hangs in the balance, with great pacing to leave readers with their hearts beating faster. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Realm Walker to fans of the existing series, and the series in general to fantasy fans everywhere.
