Some Time Later: Fantastic Voyages Through Alternate Worlds edited by AJ Sikes, BJ Sikes, and Dover Whitecliff is an anthology of short stories from authors featured in Twelve Hours Later and Thirty Days Later. Three men discover the whereabouts of a vampire and a werewolf in two short stories by Harry Turtledove while Kirsten Weiss seeks to debunk a medium and Lillian Csernica gives a little insight to misfortune. Then take a trip to find Atlantis with two exploration stories by Michael Tierney, solve a couple of mysteries by T.E. MacArthur, and enjoy several other delightful stories that are full of surprises.

Each story has a unique voice and charming characters that bring a new adventure for you to love. Harry Turtledove places a new twist on the vampire and werewolf stories with the inclusion of hunting a vampire with Professor van Helsing and then a fun turn of events as the trio sets out to track down a werewolf. The stories have a flair to them that perfectly captures the time of the penny dreadfuls. Ely is a little skeptical in Ely and the Medium when he sets out with the full belief that Miss LaPorte is a fraud and works to prove it when he uncovers intelligence that reveals the British are working with the South. Katherine L. Morse and David L. Drake take a trip to the asylum after they encounter a mysterious stranger from the future, which is a great twist reminiscent of The Time Machine.

T.E. MacArthur provides two historical mysteries with delightful sleuth Miranda Gray and her friends taking on two complex cases that every mystery lover will adore. Michael Tierney searches for Atlantis in two exciting tales with pirates, airships, and discovery. Explore England in Flowers of London and take a trip to the Wild West in When Johnny Chimes Came to Town. Some Time Later brings together a variety of authors to deliver delightful, unique, funny, action-packed, and mysterious tales with a steampunk setting.
