Daniel Mollat's Stock Options: The Greatest Wealth Building Tool Ever Invented is an interesting book for those already somewhat familiar with the market and how it works, although a novice could benefit from the content. Mollat has over thirty years of experience in the stock market and he shares his tips and knowledge with readers. While the book starts out slowly, the pace does pick up and he writes in a manner that is easily grasped. The use of tables are a plus and the author includes a trading journal that is very helpful in understanding his strategies.

The author does disclose that he assumes the reader has some knowledge of options, although as a novice myself, I was able to follow along because of the actual examples shown. The book is written in first-person and some readers might find the author is condescending at times, but, overall, the book is informative and helpful to those interested in stock options. Mollat does give a nice overview of the history of stock options and a clear definition so that a novice can better understand the concepts described. These descriptions early on in the book with definitions and examples will aid the reader in understanding the author's strategies that are described later. There is a "frequently asked questions" section that further clarifies the author's strategies and a glossary at the end that I personally found helpful to refer to as I was reading.

The book is a short 69 pages, but it is packed with information and not necessarily a quick read because there is a lot of information to absorb. For those interested in stock options, I would recommend this book.
