Thank you Terica, for sharing your life and struggles and for providing the roadmap for overcoming obstacles on your journey to healing. Providing those Biblical guidelines and "walking the walk" gives hope to others that they can do the same. You give encouragement that it is possible, with God, to win the battles and walk with confidence and assurance.
Our inner demons are often the hardest to fight, but you are living proof that "with God, all things are possible"
Thank you for being you.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I appreciate the author’s openness and courage to share her own personal experiences to help shine a light on such an important topic. I love the scriptures provided through the book as well as the open notes sections at the end, which allowed me as a reader to take a deeper look into myself. I realized there were things that affected me in my everyday life that I hadn’t before, or that I was simply coping with. A very insightful and encouraging book that offered a new perspective on mental illness and how it relates to religion. I would recommend anyone coming across this book to give it a read. You will not be disappointed. And to the author, thank you!❤️
