The Good Morning Book by Robyn Polansky Morrison is a lovely children’s book that teaches young readers how to appreciate the newness that comes with each day. Also, the diversity of the characters is a wonderful way to teach inclusion and love for all. It starts with a positive greeting and an encouragement to give each day our best. It also shows children enjoying exercise, chores, family-bonding time, being mindful, playing, brushing their teeth, listening and dancing to music, etc. Its message is adequately conveyed in only twelve pages, which makes it a light and easy read.

I like that Robyn Polansky Morrison used short and easy-to-understand sentences with rhyming words, which will help in attracting the attention of children and ensuring they absorb the message of The Good Morning Book. This is an example of what I mean: “Hello, wake up, and good morning to you. Make it a great day in all that you do!” Added to these appealing features are vibrant and eye-catching illustrations with aesthetically pleasing color schemes and detailed character expressions. If parents are looking for good books to encourage their children to have positive attitudes, they should definitely get The Good Morning Book. It is most suitable for children between the ages of four and ten. Younger readers may need a guardian to explain what words like illuminate, impact, and inspire mean. Without a doubt, it is important to create time to appreciate the opportunities each day offers and prepare our minds for the day.
