The Unbreakable Entrepreneur: Smash Depression & Live Your Purpose: Personal Evolution For Mission-Driven Men by J. H. Tepley is a self-help book. It is written for male entrepreneurs who are dealing with depression. She explains why they are dealing with it and how they can fix it. She talks about the ego vs soul. She uses charts and science to help explain them and why it's hurting you. J.H. Tepley gives ways to help, such as different meditation techniques. This is a pre-course to a program she has on her website.

I think that The Unbreakable Entrepreneur by J. H.Tepley is very informative. I was curious why it is written for men, but there are a lot of tips that could be useful for female entrepreneurs as well. I really appreciated that she said to seek help from a doctor if needed. I also liked that she suggested seeing a doctor before starting an exercise routine. I loved how she suggested you not take her word for it, but to research and decide for yourself; that was refreshing. I loved how J.H. Tepley gave different types of meditations, so you can choose one that works for you. My favorite one is the solar system one. The graphics were useful too, especially the one about the ego. If you are a male entrepreneur or even a female, or for that matter, anyone dealing with depression, you should read this. There are a lot of great tools to use to help you heal.

The Unbreakable Entrepreneur is a book written to help people. It talks about how to identify depression and overcome it. It explains how to find the path of our lives when we feel hopeless. Depression is a difficult subject, but the author, J. H. Tepley, speaks very fluently about how to accommodate ideas to put aside conflicting thoughts and thus start a healing process through our minds. The Unbreakable Entrepreneur is about freedom, motivation, never stopping growing because we can always learn new things and develop better as individuals. All the information is very useful and is designed to give our thoughts the right direction. This book seeks to give clarity, peace, and self-confidence.

I really liked the words of J. H. Tepley because she speaks in a very friendly language; her positive attitude is contagious and inspires a lot of confidence. Clearly, she seeks to help improve the way people see the world. The best part is that the advice comes from experience, and she has worked for years in developing the material presented to us. Dedication is clearly seen in the simple explanations. She makes it clear that many times the solutions are easier than they seem; we just must have the right ideas. I liked how through its pages, The Unbreakable Entrepreneur explains how to look for the real problem and know our minds to find solutions and heal our hearts. This book is recommended for people looking for a new point of view to face their problems.

The Unbreakable Entrepreneur by J. H. Tepley is a self-help guide with the aim to “Smash Depression & Live Your Purpose: Personal Evolution For Mission-Driven Men”. The book begins with a comedic ice-breaker on possible side effects and an introduction to the benefits of reading with a scientific application. Tepley then breaks the book down into two parts. Part one, Welcome to Freedom, encourages readers to change their mindset about depression. Part two, Eliminating Depression 101, is Tepley's core foundation of the Unbreakable ONE system, which the author fleshes out to recondition the mind and offers accessible steps to achieve this.

J. H. Tepley does not mince words as she takes a deep dive into the impact of mental health and how much of it she believes to be exactly that: a mental condition with cognitive and proactive measures to overcome it. Tepley stresses that this system is built around the idea that depression is not an illness and the more a reader clings to this idea, the less likely they are to pull themselves out of it for success. I found the charts and checklists to be helpful as I read through The Unbreakable Entrepreneur, and while I disagree with Tepley's point of view regarding masculinity and what it means to be a man, I am inclined to believe that overcoming depression needs to be the priority. If Tepley's system has the power to reach men of a similar line of thinking, just go for it. The book wraps up with an invitation to join Tepley's other courses.
