Uluru and the Star People by Valerie Barrow is a supernatural metaphysical book in which the author, operating as a channel for the ancient spirit named Alcheringa, narrates the history of the Star People, of which Barrow is one. Barrow begins by telling us about the sacred Uluru, which is colloquially known by most unfamiliar with Star People as Ayers Rock in Australia. Uluru is an asteroid sent down by the Star People. The Star People are of multiple races and many Star People in human form today have memories from that past, a phenomenon that is becoming more frequent as the Earth's frequency changes. By combining science, philosophy, interviews, and guidance by Alcheringa and other Star People, Barrow gives readers one of the most comprehensive histories of the Star People ever published.

The concept of alien-human walk-ins and soul births is not new and Uluru and the Star People is not the first metaphysical non-fiction book I've read by those who have gone through an awakening process and by raising their consciousness can recall past experiences. Valerie Barrow amplifies this by incorporating actual proof of her ascension, past, Star Person experience, and ability to channel. She has had witnesses to her channeling and between individuals at conferences who have seen her live and those who have simply called her out of the blue because she came to them in a dream or meditative vision. It is impossible to question Barrow's lived experiences both on Earth and beyond. Among the most interesting aspects to me are the Star Wars and the ability to direct meteors such as Uluru, but also some incredible correlations to dinosaur formations in France. Another is Barrow's channeling spirits to answer ancient questions. These include asking who the first Pharaoh was, to which the spirit refers Barrow to the Oracle, who provides the answer: DB888 H7. We are told that in time this will make sense and, as Barrow also tells us, in the concept of time according to the Star People, we will have much of it. Very highly recommended.
