Apart from knowing and understanding yourself, it's essential that you can effectively connect with others. Why? You don't live in this world alone, right? To give you a head start, begin with Wonderful Winding Words by François Pialat. In this simple comprehensive book, you'll be given basic words translated into four different languages. This is the perfect way to learn another language because you'll be exposed to French, Chinese, German, and English. This book is ideal for any age group and can be used as a measure to begin your multilingual journey. I've heard that English is the hardest language to learn because we have so many words used for the same expression. The word love has so many meanings based on its context. In this book, you will learn several terms, parables, or phrases that translate in their unique fashion based on the language being used. For example "We don’t learn to an old ape, how to pull a face" in French is similar to the English phrase: "You can't teach an old dog new tricks."

I enjoyed reading Wonderful Winding Words by François Pialat as the author challenges the reader to find the beauty in other languages from Italian and Spanish to Arab, and I'll add Igbo, Hindi, and Portuguese. Words are beautiful and they create a universal language of expression, connecting, and engaging with one another individually or in groups. We each have a culture to share and speaking the words within our culture generates an icebreaker effect for engaging others. Enjoy!
