Why Enter our Award Contest?
Book Awards grab the attention of book stores, publishers, libraries, and readers, which can translate into increased sales. You can refer to your book as an “Award Winning Book” and you as an “Award Winning Author” on your book cover, website, and all other marketing materials. You can add your Award Sticker to existing copies of your book, or incorporate a digital image of it into new or reprinted versions.

Who Can Enter?
We accept all English eBooks, Audio Books, Manuscripts, and Published Novels (2008 - 2010) that fall into one of our 40 Genre Categories. Manuscripts must be complete, edited, and formatted according to our Formatting Guidelines which can be found on our Contest Submissions Page.
How Do You Enter?
Simply submit our online Contest Entry Form along with your payment by June 30, 2010. You may submit an electronic version or mail a hard copy.
Finalists will be announced on September 1, 2010 and winners will be announced on October 1st, with an awards ceremony in November held in Las Vegas.
What Do You Win?
Winners will be chosen in four levels for each Genre Category: Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honorable Mention.
Each winner will receive a personalized Award Certificate, a high resolution version of their seal for publication, and a roll of 500 high quality, reflective Award Seal stickers to affix to current editions of their book.
In addition, all entrants receive a complete book review which will be posted on our site and on Amazon. Winners and Finalists will receive juror feedback and evaluation notes of their work which will contain quotable comments that you may use in your marketing. These evaluation notes can be extremely helpful in rewrites or edits, especially for manuscript entries.
Readers Favorite announces the results of our competition through a premium press release which is placed into RSS feeds with more than 250,000 subscribers including bloggers, journalists and consumers. The release is also sent to more than 35,000 opt-in journalists including the Associated Press and top US newspapers like USA Today, as well as search engines like Yahoo and Google. The release will remain online, indefinitely, continually advertising you and your book.
Winners and Finalists will also be featured via a link under the search box at the top left of our website. In addition, we add your award level to your Readers Favorite review page for both Winners and Finalists. See our 2009 Award Winners and Finalists!
Winners and Finalists will be invited to our Awards Banquet in Las Vegas during the Vegas Valley Book Festival, one of the largest book fairs in the world, so authors can network.
