Ask DG - Volume One by Mark Miller is an educational book for children which gives the reader information about animals that are now extinct. The book is written in clear question-and-answer format. Many questions that linger in our minds about dinosaurs are answered here, widening the knowledge and perspective of young readers.
Children's story books are always a delight to read and if they have an educational concept, then it is even more useful for the child reader. I found this book packed with information. It speaks about topics which children and adults are not aware of. I liked the fact that the book tells you about the dinosaurs and other species of animals that existed millions of years back. The author knows exactly how to tap into the mind of the child and make him or her want to read a book. Any child will be interested in going through this book, not only for the contents, but also because of the reader-friendly way it is presented.
I recommend all parents, adults, teachers, and students to read this. It is not a book only for children, but for a wide range of readers. I was not aware of creatures like Hadrosaurs and Velociraptors and many more until I read this book. All libraries will benefit from keeping a copy because children can refer to it and expand their knowledge. The language is simple and understandable for a small child too.
