"Spank the Bank" is a book written to help businesses think outside the box when thinking about financial help for their business. Karlene Sinclair-Robinson writes this book for readers to take their business through the journey of survival and growth in a day when lending is tight and only getting worse. There are many financial options here, and in reading this book and using the principles you have read about, Karlene will guide you and lead you on a path to make you business a more profitable one. But first, she takes you through important things such as business basics, who needs capital gain, business and financing myths and misconceptions, your credit, and the dreaded business plan and why you need one, and small business administration. After this, the author goes on to the many financial plans available to business owners. It is your job to pick what works for you.

This book is so full of information that there is no way to describe is all. Basically, if you have a business and you want to better your business with more profits, better organization, this book is for you. It all seems so overwhelming at first, but with her knowledge through personal experience, the author has a unique way of explaining everything so that you can fully understand it. I found this book to be very well-written. The layout is easy to follow and understand. And in the last section there are questions to ponder, case studies, fraud case profiled, recommended reading, sample documents and forms, list of labor laws and IRS publications and a whole lot more. If you are a business owner, I really want to encourage you to invest in a copy of this book. You will find a wealth of information here to help give your business a big boost!
