Many women struggle with postpartum depression, and this is why Laura Rude wrote "Creating Postpartum Wellness: Natural Solutions to Banish Depression after Childbirth". This book gives valuable information to help new mothers deal with this illness, including many natural remedies you can use in the privacy of your own home. This is a very well-thought-out and planned book. Ms. Rude explains everything you and your family need to know and understand about postpartum depression, what to expect and how to take action to overcome this illness you are struggling with. She gives tips about your healthcare provider, how to choose a healthy diet, the therapy you need and how to find the right therapist, ways to sleep better and more relaxed, and a ton of other valuable tips and information that will carry you through this time in your life. And you will also hear from celebrity moms who have struggled with this illness as well.
Though I never struggled with this illness, I know many who have, and I wish I’d had this book to give to them. Ms. Rude gives an in depth look into postpartum depression and the effect it has on mothers and their families. With all of the tips and wisdom here in this book, mothers now have the help they need. And this book would be great for those moms out there wh6 are not comfortable in talking about this problem with anyone else. Ms. Rude gives enough information in this book for those moms to try for themselves. Overall, this is a wonderful book that would benefit all moms, and it is one I highly recommend.
