The Financial Mindset Fix: A Mental Fitness Program for an Abundant Life by Joyce Marter is an important lesson that teaches you about the intrinsic relationship between mental health and financial health. It is a holistic program that aims to enhance your mindset around finances and transform the way you think, feel, and act, which greatly impacts the way you achieve your goals that ultimately lead to your success. Each chapter focuses on a particular mindset that you can study, analyze, and then adopt for yourself. As everyone’s financial situation and life conditions are different, empirical support is provided for you to analyze as well as exercises and tools to assist you in your mindset development journey.

Does the world need another book on mindset? If you ever wondered how financial success and mental well-being are correlated, then yes, because not all books on mindsets are created equal, and rarely do you find a book that addresses the connection between these two things. Joyce Marter sets the bar when it comes to addressing traits and ways of thinking that are relevant to how much financial success you can achieve. She writes in a manner that invites you to the idea of openness, of being welcoming to new experiences.

As The Financial Mindset Fix challenges you to analyze the possibility that what you have long believed to be true is detrimental to your success, it similarly guides you to re-align your internal control to steer you back on track. If your intellectual curiosity is pushing you to openness and embracing the idea that you can learn new things and abandon beliefs that don’t work, then this is the right mindset book for you.

Although I've read many self-help books over the years, I've never come across one as unusual as this. Joyce Marter gives readers the benefit of her experience concerning feelings of unworthiness and explains why you don't have to be so hard on yourself. Marter includes self-evaluation tools to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses. I obtained a Financial Health Wheel from this book, which is a guide to help anyone be more conscious of their financial situation. The author also included her story in this program and the painful but valuable lessons she learned. These heartfelt personal accounts will hold your interest throughout and will help you realize that you are not alone. She's been there herself, and now provides words of inspiration to others. You should grab a copy of The Financial Mindset Fix and apply the innovative exercises to transform your relationship with yourself and welcome the life of love, abundance, and prosperity you deserve.

Do you find yourself in a scenario where the more you strive for financial success, the more exhausted you feel? Do you find that achieving financial objectives comes at the expense of your mental and physical health? Do you have impostor syndrome despite your professional advancement? By employing several illustrative real-life stories, practical tools, and exercises, Joyce Marter encourages readers to utilize financial wealth to care for themselves, their intimate relationships, and the environment. Readers will discover how the unconscious mind is depriving you of wealth and learn about quitting the blame game, investing in yourself through fierce love, utilizing the power of extreme optimism to create success, and other life-changing revelations.

With its sophisticated exercises, self-evaluation resources, and reflective questions, The Financial Mindset Fix by Joyce Marter helps readers understand themselves better. They are not only educated through extensive explanations but also progressively led to greater insight, with personal questions posed by the author to guide them to greater understanding. Apart from advice on building better financial habits, there is also sufficient material on maintaining personal health and developing good relationships with others. One concept that has stuck with me since reading the book is to cultivate detachment and avoid being domineering. The Financial Mindset Fix is revolutionary, it exudes love, and gives us hope that a new reality is emerging as a result of the revolution that writing has sparked, by connecting the modern, corporate human with the fundamental needs of the soul and all other living things.

The Financial Mindset Fix by Joyce Marter is a mental fitness program for an abundant life. This is a very well-written book and will have the reader delving into it from the first page to the last while doing the projects as set in each chapter. Joyce has taken a subject that is very difficult for people, in general, to admit to and written a book that everyone from all walks of life can read, understand, and put into practice.

Joyce has not given anyone a quick fix by any means but the way the lessons are laid out is simple and easy to follow and the reader can go back, again and again, to get clarity in each chapter as they go through the material. The information supplied is just enough to keep the reader going and encouraging enough to keep the reader on track. The fact that it was written during Covid-19 and after makes one realize how observant the author is about the world around her and the people in it.

The Financial Mindset Fix by Joyce Marter is a book well worth having on your bookshelf because you will be going back to it time and time again. I found that I wanted to stop and do the projects as I went through it, but to really get the full benefit of this book the reader will have to take one chapter at a time and work through it to really benefit from the wisdom and help that is given. The author has done what she set out to do to help all those that cannot get to or afford therapy for one reason or another. Thank you, Joyce, for the privilege of reading this book. It was very insightful.
