Book Review In the year 2133, the Nazis control the world and have systematically reshaped it in their own image, ruling with an iron fist. Four scientists are put together to develop time travel. After almost a decade they finally have a breakthrough but also feel this world is not one in which they want to live. They decide to go back in time, to the beginning of WWII to see if they can change the events and give the world a chance at peace. Unfortunately, they are followed by two SS agents who will stop at nothing to see the future from where they came become a reality. Thus begins a saga including Time travel, Nazis, nuclear testing, and alien abductions. Will the changes to the world be for the better? As the author says, "Only time will tell".
What could be better than a Sci-Fi, action-adventure, time travel book that includes Nazis and aliens! Those were my thoughts when I opened Time Will Tell and began reading. Unfortunately, although very well-written, this book didn't quite live up to my expectations. The author chose to involve his characters with event after event from the past as well as introducing new characters along the way. This in itself was very good and the premise was sound. However, the overall effect felt rushed, with days and months covered in as little as one or two paragraphs. I believe this story could be even better if broken down into two or three volumes of a series, expanding the scenes and adding some suspense, drama, and more dialog.
Overall this was an interesting and clever story. |

Ii really enjoyed this book. As your reviewer stated, the action was fast and scenes changed quickly, but that IS what I loved about Time Will Tell. No excess dialogue, just fast paced action.
