Book Review
Kathleen Beisel offers sound, practical advice to her readers. She begins her book, Eat Your Way to Natural Good Health, by discussing stress and its effects on the body. There are lots of tips in this book including: 4-6 small meals a day are easier for the body to digest. Chew your food, so that it is easier for the body to digest. Do not skip breakfast. Do not consume processed foods.

One section suggests which vitamins you might be lacking if you have certain symptoms. Beisel discusses dehydration, cholesterol, pork (which I will never eat again),and many other pertinent subjects.

I had recently decided that my weight problem was because I make bad choices. After reading Eat Your Way to Natural Good Health, I know that I was right. Now, I am better educated to make those choices.

Eat Your Way to Natural Good Health  is well written and easy to read. Kathleen Beisel is a Clinical Nutrition Consultant.

This book is a life changing experience. Reading this book has given me a lot of information on how to live a healthy life. The author did a good job by giving us knowledge on the right foods for our body and how to stay healthy. I am grateful that she took the time to write this book. Good job!!

I am a wife, mother of two children and a personal trainer. I have read Eat Your Way to Natural Good Health and have implemented Ms. Beisel's recommendations for positive changes in our diets. I have also recommended this book to my clients who find it easy to read and easy to incorporate into their lifestyle, along with regular exercise. The sensible eating plans are wonderful and suggest foods that we are all familiar with and Kathleen deals with all the essential things we need to know like the importance of drinking water, the effects of stress on our system and so much more. Thanks Kathleen for a great resource!

This book is well laid out and extensively researched. It is easy to read and provide a handy self-help guide for fighting common diseases. It is also a good tool for establishing a path to maintain healthy weight and good metabolism.
