Five Popular Blog Niches
In today's blogging world there are five blog niches which can make money fairly easily.
Education – this niche is one of the best for bloggers. In this particular niche, the targeting audience usually doesn't know enough to differentiate your internal links and link based advertisements. Therefore you can make money by using ad networks such as Adsense and Media.net among others. Another great thing is that the education niche has low competition so after you do some SEO you can easily rank for particular keywords. This niche also has a high potential for traffic and most education blogs get thousands of page views a day. Choose this niche if you want to earn with PPC networks only.
Health and Fitness – another popular niche which can target audiences from all around the world from any blog post because health and fitness tips can be used by any reader, no matter what their location. Since people search for health tips daily, SEO traffic is very high. Since the traffic to this niche doesn't differentiate between normal links and text based advertisement, there's a good potential to earn with PPC networks.
Technology – this particular niche has different sub niches such as computers, Internet, mobile phones, gadgets, product reviews among others. The traffic in tech niches is quite high; however, competition is also high. Remember that in this niche you'll have to do a lot of SEO in order to rank for a particular keyword. In this niche you'll get an intelligent audience who can easily differentiate between advertisements and actual links. PPC networks don't do well here. However, if you manage to get Google page rank 2 or above you'll be able to get many high paying sponsored posting offers monthly which can easily exceed monthly Adsense income of other niche blogs.
Love and Relationships – lots of people surf the net to find articles which will help them in their relationships or to find love. With this niche you can get a high amount of traffic and a genuine audience. Competition here is low. Just by writing some very good articles and getting proper SEO, you can rank well. On love and relationship blogs, PPC networks perform well. Remember that sponsored posting opportunities are fewer and you won't get more than 2 – 3 paid posts per month.
Lifestyle – another popular niche that can bring in considerable money from PPC networks as well as sponsored posts. If you work it just right you can also earn some money with affiliated marketing. Competition isn't very strong and you can target audiences all around the globe from any blog post.
Keep in mind that any authority blog can make money, but profitable niche authority blogs make big money every month. So if you are considering starting a blog why not choose from among the top popular niches.
